About Courtney Ulrich
Indy Muscle Therapy is glad to welcome new staff member, Courtney Ulrich!
Courtney is a graduate of the Indiana College of Sports and Medical Massage where she was awarded Highest Honors upon graduation. Her practice brings together several modalities including therapeutic massage and Active Isolated Stretching to help people of all ages and backgrounds with injury prevention and care as well as muscle balance and performance enhancement. She looks forward to the opportunity to bring this care to the clients of Indy Muscle Therapy.
Courtney was first introduced to manual therapy with Keith Caskey at Indy Muscle Therapy as part of her recovery from an ankle surgery in high school. Impressed with the results Keith’s expertise was able to provide, she became inspired to work in the field of manual therapy herself. She has always loved helping people and this was an excellent way to combine her passion for injury prevention and performance maintenance with a personalized environment to bring quality care to each client.
In addition to her work at Indy Muscle Therapy, Courtney is currently in her fourth year of teaching in the Preparatory Division at Indiana Ballet Conservatory and works with the wellness program for the pre-professional day program students. Courtney is a 2014 graduate of IBC and studied under the IBC faculty for ten years. In addition to winning top awards and scholarships at local and international competitions, she has also danced soloist and principal roles in productions such as The Nutcracker, La Fille Mal Gardée, and Cipollino.
